Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the mw3 website or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh. By registering on the platform, users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of accepting these terms. mw3 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice; continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration & Identity Verification
Each user may register only one account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and belong to you personally. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity must be reported to mw3 immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mw3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or false information. Any eligible balance remaining in a closed account will be settled in accordance with our policy.
Age Restriction
Mw3 services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. mw3 may request official documentation to verify a user's age when required.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
By using mw3, users agree to comply with the following rules:
- Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the platform.
- Using bots, automation software, or any other technology to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward mw3 staff is strictly prohibited.
Mw3 reserves the right to immediately close accounts and take applicable legal action against anyone found in violation of these rules.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on mw3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A minimum deposit amount applies, and separate limits are set for each payment method. Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved channels.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be handled until verification is complete. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own terms, which users are responsible for reading before claiming. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the applicable wagering requirements. mw3 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is established.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The mw3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mw3 shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions. For issues arising from third-party payment systems, the policies of the respective provider will apply.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and information on the mw3 platform are protected under mw3's intellectual property rights. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
Third-Party Links
The mw3 platform may integrate third-party games or services. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. mw3 is not responsible for the actions or conduct of any third-party service providers.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Right to Amend Terms
Mw3 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
